This month, we are tending to our nervous system: learning about regulation, unraveling from what is not ours to hold, slowing down to feel what we actually need and gathering tools to deeply take care of ourselves.

The nervous system is an intricate, multi-layered facet of us, that continuously works in subtle and subconscious ways to balance and protect us. This may be a challenge in a world that feels on edge, demanding and pushing.

This month, you’re invited to explore the many ways in which you can nourish yourself back to a balanced, regulated and calm state of being - and thus very gently and radically rebel against the sharp edges of the day-to-day of our society. So, place down next to you anything that feels heavy, and create space for a deeper anchoring within yourself, a mindful heart and a restful mind.

You are safe to soften here, my love. Allow yourself to explore what that means to you, right here, in this moment.
