My love, this month we will nourish ourselves with deliciously sweet morning rituals, reminding ourselves: how you begin matters.
Those first moments, when we transition from our dream world into the brightness of our day, and move from our subconscious to consciousness, a morning ritual offers an opportunity to tune into awareness, gentleness, and intention. How you spend your days is how you spend your life, and how you start your mornings is what you bring into the rest of the day with you.
So, perhaps this month may offer you moments of sacred pauses, right when you’re least likely to take them. The moment you wake up, the minute you open your eyes: often these moments are rushed past, taken over by our to do lists, family demands, our impending work commute. What if you could carve out a little time each morning, to be with yourself, to take a breath, and to lean into a calmer, more intentional and more supportive energy to start your day off with?
