Here are the different ways we can work together to support your journey:

My Membership

Unfold is a sacred online membership for yoga, embodiment & healing. For those who desire to feel deeply at home within their bodies & beings and build intuitive knowledge, alongside a loving community. An elaborate online library awaits you with classes, practices and ceremonies relating to yoga, feminine embodiment, liberated expression, sensuality, somatic movement and healing.

  • There are really really really NO requirements for you to start a yoga practice. I know it might seem that way in the little internet bubble but it is untrue. Some of the yoga flows I share are for advanced practitioners so if that feels unmanageable in your body, start somewhere else. I have really great beginner classes, that are slower and where I will explain everything more thoroughly. Don’t be discouraged by others who are further along in their journey- we all started somewhere. Everything else on the platform (embodiment practices, rituals, breath work) I designed for everyone unless clearly marked otherwise.

  • All pre- recorded content, so classes, rituals, practices, ceremonies, will be available in English and German! We also have one English community chat and one German community chat 🙏🏼 The only thing that is ONLY in English will be our monthly live streams with me or Guest Teachers.

  • You have three options: a monthly plan for 24 €, a 6 months plan for 132€ (so 22€ monthly) or an annual plan for 240 € (so 20€ monthly) 🌹

Whenever, wherever. Here, you will find a selection of all my online courses. From bite-sized courses on specific topics to my signature online yoga retreat, there is something for everyone. These courses allow you to embark on your growth journey at your own pace, giving you the freedom to access them whenever and wherever you choose. Please note that some of the courses are part of my Membership and available for you as a member already!

  • I love speaking on various podcasts about my passions! If you would like me to be a guest speaker on yours, simply write an email to contact@thebarefemale.com and I will get back to you asap.

  • Yes my love, my YouTube channel is filled with and will continuously be filled with amazing free classes! 🤗 I also love to sprinkle my blog with lot’s of wisdom and teachings!

  • YES! ✨ I am in the midst of creating a new 50 hour continued education yoga teacher training, which will run first in English and then in German! Will share more soon 🌹

  • The only live in person classes I teach are the ones during my retreat or as a guest teacher on other retreats. I do not currently teach a class on mallorca 🌹

  • I do not offer any one on one sessions at this point in my life. There are many beautiful women out there who are offering this kind of work, ask me for recommendations 🌹
